According to Ayurveda, each person has a particular pattern of energy—an individual combination of physical, mental and emotional characteristics—just as we each have a unique fingerprint. But without an ink pad to reveal our contours, how do we know the ways in which we differ — the ways in which we are uniquely ourselves. Through Sachi Doctor's own healing journey and her work coaching individuals, she has observed that it comes down to one thing: self-awareness — the consciously cultivated knowledge of one’s own character, feelings, motives, and desires. So, how do we do this?

Join Expansive Voice and Luminary, Sachi for an afternoon of healing education as we explore Sachi's very own three-step process called The Trinity of Self-Awareness to help individuals step out of their story and into their bodies with playfulness and childlike curiosity. She believes that through witnessing the body's intelligence—the body’s instinctive alchemy—that we learn to truly trust the wisdom within.

In our outer-direct, information-rich world, learn tools to strengthen your connection to your own innate wisdom—the rich source of healing and natural intelligence within you. Through guided activities and education, you will learn new ways of looking at self-awareness (as a foundation for the health & ease we seek) and experience your ability to consciously connect with your natural rhythms, cultivating awareness for what nourishes your body and makes you thrive.
